I need help from experienced people: an operating partnership

علي · 2026-09-06T21:35:11.260Z

Hi everyone, experienced members. I need an operating partnership for my store due to financial circumstances. I have a coffee store and need a marketing partner to run the store for three to six months under a documented contract that protects both sides’ rights, because honestly I can no longer afford big marketing and ad campaign budgets. I don’t mind whatever percentage the partner sets; what matters most is that the store gets moving. Thank you for your cooperation.

I need help, I’m opening my store in a week

I’m worried about orders and delivery: will things go well, how can I make sure, how can I improve myself and my store, and how should I handle customer service?
